About delivery of proposals from abroad:
The faroese postal service is working together with DHL / DHL Express on worldwide parcel delivery.
So the addresses in Question&Answers section 1.7 (page 7 and 8) should be possible to use. (This means using the P.O. Box address for delivery via post or DHL, or the address in Klaksvik for delivery by DHL or other courier services or similar.)
It seems though, that some international courier services (and maybe some post offices) say, that they can only deliver in Tórshavn and not to P.O. Box adresses.
So if in need of a non P.O. Box address in Tórshavn use the following:
SNA Arkitektar

FO-100 Tórshavn
FAROE ISLANDS

Proposals delivered by mail or by courier service etc must be postmarked (or marked as received by the courier service etc) not later than 27 April 2012.
And should be received by us not later than 3 May 2012.
Some considerations of Force Majeure etc can though be taken by the competition secretary in relation to date of receiving.
As the jury starts its work on 8 May there is though little spare time.
